I’ve been on Fetlife for awhile but there’s not much more than lurkers and tourists. I’ve quite a few Inbox conversations with folks who may or may not want to meet up in person. And I think vomit guy located me through Fetlife, so it’s not an entire bust, but it is a very dull place.

With all the beautiful and unique images and posts that sit on the front page (bringing in revenue and interest) there isn’t much going on behind the scenes.

It’s a peculiar place considering there are so many groups, and those groups which are successful and busy do what they do well, but others aren’t frequented much regardless of the kink or topic.

Are people who are socially scorned not the group to make a social media platform interesting or is it something else?
